DORSET MUSIC FORUM
Dorset Music Forum
WHAT IS IT?
DMF has set the following 5 objectives:
  1. To provide education, advice to individuals and organisations and run seminars on all aspects of the music industry across Dorset and the South West.
  2. To encourage economic development, greater investment and identify development opportunities within the Dorset and the South West Music Industry
  3. To establish links with other Music Development Organisations and Music Industry bodies nationally and internationally.
  4. To develop an infrastructure for music in Dorset and the South West and promote Dorset to regional, national and international audiences.
  5. To advise and encourage our peers on attending national and international music conferences and events and to promote and assist in the export of music from Dorset to other areas and different countries.
WHAT IS OUR INVOLVEMENT?
Dorset Music Forum was set up by Chris Jenkins, Suzy Wheeler and the boys at Devils Music to unite the music scene and help educate musicians and promoters on the music industry. By running seminars and events that can fulfill the goals, we are proud to be founding members of the Dorset Music Forum.
